Today I will be showing you how I make Sweet Potato Thick Chips:
Cut your Sweet Potato to the thickness of your choice.
Place slices into a bowl adding Olive Oil and salt.
Mix together in your bowl. Lay them out on a sheeted pan and bake @ 450ºF
Once brown take them out. You may have to flip them and put them back in.
* Note: bottoms become brown first. So check them every so often and make sure they are not burning.
