This is a yummy, but healthy treat.. You get that ‘CRUNCH’ that our brains long. Eg. You know how you get some times.. When you just need SOMETHING!!! W this is sure to satisfy those cravings!
things you will need:
- Olive Oil, or any other oil of your choise
- Salt and / or other spice of you choice
- Bowl for mixing
- Cookie sheet.
Rip Kale up and place into a mixing bowl.
Pour in the olive oil and salt. Both to your preference.
Place evenly onto a cookie tray.
Bake at 150º or as low as your oven will go. I bumped mine up to 200º so it would go faster.
Check on them every few minutes. Touch a few to see if then are crunchy. Once crunchy, take them out and let them cool down.
